Definition

The 360-degree defense is a cornerstone of Krav Maga. It consists of creating a protective circle around the body using the arms bent at the elbows at 90 degrees. When attacked, the arm shoots out against the attacker's limb and stops it before it reaches full speed (so-called body defense). This system is designed to cover attacks from every possible angle – from above, below, and the sides. Simultaneously with the block, it is essential to deliver a counterstrike to the attacker's sensitive points.
