What to write about
Everything below goes to the same address; just say in the subject line what it is about.
- Correcting or completing an entry in the database.
- A club, federation or organisation that is missing from the site or has an inaccurate record.
- Copyright and trade marks — claims are dealt with as a priority.
- Data protection and the exercise of rights under the GDPR.
- Media, cooperation and questions about the project.
How to report an error in the data
Four things make a correction quick to verify: the page address, the specific item at issue, what it should say and what that follows from. A link to a federation document, a book or another verifiable source is enough.
Documented corrections are incorporated and we note against the record what changed and why. An entry that cannot be documented is removed from the site rather than left standing.
