Undisputed II: Last Man Standing is an American action film directed by Isaac Florentine in 2006, made for direct-to-video release. It was produced by Nu Image and Millennium Films and, according to a review on qwipster.net, shot in Bulgaria, which stands in for Russia in the film. It is a sequel to Undisputed (2002): the boxer George Chambers, played by Ving Rhames in the first film, is this time portrayed by Michael Jai White. The former boxing champion Chambers is accused of cocaine possession in Russia and imprisoned. In prison he comes across the undefeated prison fighter Yuri Boyka, played by Scott Adkins, and is forced to fight him. The core of the film is the prison fights, in which a boxer faces an opponent who relies mainly on kicks. Boyka's style combines elements of taekwondo, kickboxing and wushu, while Chambers comes from boxing but also reaches for kickboxing techniques in the ring. According to the qwipster.net reviewer, the film shows kickboxing rather than classic boxing. Both leads have long practised martial arts, so the fights do not rest only on training for the role. Mark Pollard of Kung Fu Cinema gave the film four stars out of five, while the qwipster.net reviewer gave it only one and a half and praised only the action scenes. The character of Yuri Boyka returned in the sequels Undisputed III: Redemption (2010) and Boyka: Undisputed.

Fight choreography
According to the website Martial Arts Entertainment, the fight choreography was prepared by J. J. Perry, who has trained in taekwondo since the age of eight, held a 4th dan in 1993 and later made his name as a stunt coordinator. According to en.wikipedia, Michael Jai White holds seven black belts and his styles include boxing and kickboxing. Scott Adkins began taekwondo at the age of 13, earned a black belt at 19, and also trained in judo, kickboxing and wushu. Florentine cast him as early as Special Forces (2003) and they have worked together repeatedly since. The director Isaac Florentine himself practises karate (Kyokushin, Shito-ryu, Goju-kai) and has taught it since 1978. According to en.wikipedia, his filming style rests on minimal editing.
