Definition

Triangle Choke (Sankaku-jime) traps the opponent's head and one arm inside a closed leg lock. By placing the calf over the nape and clamping the opposite ankle under the knee, the opponent's own trapped shoulder compresses one carotid artery while the thigh crushes the other.
