Definition
Nigiri-game are traditional clay gripping jars. Practitioners pinch the smooth outer rims using only finger pads while stepping slowly in Sanchin-dachi. This exercise develops crushing grip strength, forearm endurance, latissimus engagement, and rooted posture.
