About
Bakat palmok najunde ap makgi, literally low front block with the outer forearm (in English outer forearm low front block), is in ITF Taekwon-Do a front block with the outer side of the forearm (bakat palmok) at the low level (najunde), which deflects an attack at the low level. In the tul Po-Eun (ITF) it is the 13th, 17th, 31st and 35th movement, alternately with the right and left arm. Each time the block is performed while the practitioner takes a crossed stance (kyocha sogi, X-stance), not from a walking stance.
