About
Ap joomuk noollo makgi, literally pressing block with the fore fist, is in ITF Taekwon-Do a block with the fore fist (ap joomuk), typically driven straight down. In the tul Po-Eun (ITF) it is the 6th, 7th, 24th and 25th movement, and each time it is accompanied by a side front block with the inner forearm of the other hand. In the 6th movement the left fore fist presses down while the right inner forearm blocks sideways forward in a sitting stance; in the 7th movement the sides switch.
