About
In ITF Taekwon-Do, an palmok kaunde hechyo makgi is a wedging block at the middle level: both inner forearms (an palmok) move apart simultaneously and, at chest level, break the opponent's grip or hold, for example on clothing or the wrist. It differs from sonkal kaunde hechyo makgi in the surface: here the forearms, there the knife-hands. Po-Eun: movement 8 and 26.
