Systema Ryabko (Russian Martial Art), developed by Mikhail Ryabko in Moscow based on Cossack and Orthodox heritage, rejects belts and fixed forms. Its 5-level structure evaluates the 4 core pillars—continuous breathing, tension relaxation, biomechanical posture, and fluid movement in unarmed and weapon survival.
