The mid-15th-century Codex Ringeck (MS Dresden C 487) was compiled by Sigmund Ringeck, fencing master to Duke Albrecht of Bavaria. It contains detailed analyses of Liechtenauer's verses for two-handed sword, armoured fighting, dagger and German wrestling.
