About Shinden Fudo-ryu Dakentaijutsu
Shinden Fudo-ryu is an ancient Japanese school of koryu bujutsu founded in the 12th century by Izume Kanjo Yoshiteru. It does not contain any unnatural guards – it relies on a natural stance (Shizen-tai), hard punches and elbows, bone breaking and throws in continuous motion.
