About Mianquan (Cotton Boxing)
Mianquan (Cotton Fist) is a traditional Chinese martial art. The name refers to the properties of cotton – soft and flowing on the outside, but extremely strong on the inside. The fighter uses flowing circular blocks to absorb the attacker’s force and immediately transitions into a lightning-fast, hard counter-strike.
