History
Traditional Okinawan spear created by mounting a reversed Manji-Sai trident onto the end of a Bō staff. Originally a fisherman harpooning tool.

The Manji-Sai prongs allow trapping opponent weapons, twisting, and pulling them down, while the opposite staff end strikes like a standard Bō.
