About
Pakat palmok anuro makgi, in English outer forearm inward block, is a block with the outer forearm (pakat palmok, in other overviews written bakat) directed inward in ITF taekwondo; anuro means inward. The International Taekwon-Do New Zealand manual lists it among the blocks for colour belts. In the tul Tong-Il it is, according to the dotaekwondo.net breakdown, the 3rd movement: the practitioner moves the left leg, takes the right dwitbal sogi stance (in English rear foot stance) and blocks with the left outer forearm at middle level. The Slovak tul breakdown calls this movement dwitbal sogi palmok kaunde anuro makgi, without the word pakat.
