Opun sonkut nopunde bakuro ghutgi, literally high outward flat fingertip cross-cut, is in ITF Taekwon-Do a cross-cut (ghutgi, in English cross-cut) with the flat fingertips (opun sonkut) at high level (nopunde) directed outward (bakuro). The Slovak breakdown taekwondo.sk also has, in the tul Juche, the counterpart opun sonkut nopunde anuro ghutgi, a cross-cut directed inward (anuro), in movement 42 in a parallel stance. In the tul Yon-Gae it is movements 6 and 17, this time in a walking stance (gunnun sogi) with a shift of the front foot.
