About
Kaunde an palmok makgi is, in ITF terminology, a middle inner forearm block (middle inner forearm block). The inner side of the forearm, an palmok, blocks at a middle level, kaunde. The Kildare Taekwondo glossary gives it as an palmok kaunde makgi. The tul Chon-Ji contains only two blocks: this one and najunde bakat palmok makgi, which blocks low with the outer side of the forearm. Kaunde an palmok makgi forms its 9th, 11th, 13th and 15th movement. In Toi-Gye it is the 1st and 4th movement.
