About
Guburyo junbi sogi B, in English bending ready stance B, is in ITF Taekwon-Do variant B of the bending ready stance; junbi means ready, sogi stance. The technical manual of International Taekwon-Do New Zealand lists, alongside the bending stance (guburyo sogi), also variant A (guburyo junbi sogi A). How variants A and B differ in shape, we have not found in the sources used. In the tul Juche, per the dotaekwondo.net breakdown, it is movement 40: the practitioner turns the face toward D, takes a right stance B facing C, and slowly performs a middle rear piercing kick with the left leg (kaunde dwitcha jirugi). In the tul Moon-Moo the breakdown lists it in movements 19 (left) and 22 (right), each time turning the face toward C.
