About
Dwijibo jirugi, literally upset punch, is in ITF Taekwon-Do a fist punch that the glossaries of Trident Taekwon-Do, UK-TKD Luton and Cambridge Taekwon-Do list under this name. The same glossaries also list the related sang dwijibo jirugi, in English twin upset punch, that is, the variant with both fists. In the tul Tong-Il it is, according to the dotaekwondo.net breakdown, movements 29 and 33. In movement 29 the practitioner slides into a left L-stance (niunja sogi), performs an upset punch with the left fist, and draws the right side fist in front of the left shoulder; movement 33 is the mirror image, with a punch of the right fist in a right L-stance.
