About
Doro chagi is in ITF Taekwon-Do a kick that the Slovak breakdown taekwondo.sk calls in English waving kick; chagi means kick. We have not been able to document the meaning of the word doro in glossaries, nor a description of the kick's execution itself. In the tul Yoo-Sin, per the dotaekwondo.net breakdown, these are movements 52 and 53. In movement 52 the practitioner kicks right in direction D, then blocks high outward with the outer forearm in direction AC, hands held as in movement 51, taking a sitting stance (annun sogi) facing E. Movement 53 mirrors it: left leg in direction C, then a high front block with the right outer forearm in direction ED.
