About Sekiguchi-ryu Battojutsu
Sekiguchi-ryu Battojutsu is a traditional Japanese school of koryu focused on lightning-fast drawing of the samurai sword (Batto). It was developed by Sekiguchi Jushin in the 17th century. It teaches instant blade withdrawal and destructive slashing in response to a sudden attack from both sitting and standing positions.
