Biography
Philip Gelinas (Top Dog) is a pioneer of Filipino Martial Arts in Canada. Holding high ranks in Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, Kajukenbo, and BJJ, he co-founded the legendary Dog Brothers stick fighting group.
