Biography
Dr. Ngo Dong created Cuong Nhu in Hue, Vietnam, in 1965. Combining seven martial arts (Vovinam, Shotokan, Judo, Aikido, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Boxing), he expanded it across the USA.
