According to the French Wikipedia, he learned taijiquan from the age of three from his father Chen Lixian and his aunt Chen Liqing.

In 1988 he was invited to teach in Japan, in 2001 he taught in France and in 2009 in Italy. He chairs the Japan Chen Family Taijiquan Association and is honorary chairman of the Chen Style Taijiquan Research Association in Xinxiang and of the French Association française de Taijiquan de la tradition Chen. He co-founded the International Society of Chen Taijiquan, which focuses on spreading the small frame (xiaojia), and he spread the small frame together with his sister Chen Peiju.

He created the shortened Taijiquan Sizheng form of 20 movements, which the source says can be learned in a week. His system includes two taolu routines, tuishou exercises, qinna techniques and weapons, including the sword, staff, sabre and spear.
