About Jikishin Kage-ryu Kenjutsu
Jikishin Kage-ryu is a traditional samurai school of swordsmanship (Kenjutsu) founded in the 16th century. It became famous for its emphasis on diaphragmatic breathing (Aun-no-ho), proper posture, and strength training with the extremely heavy wooden sword Suburi-to in order to develop absolute chopping power.
