This ladder is not yet attributed to a specific organisation. Federations differ in belt colours and time requirements.

Burmese Bando is a traditional self-defense system governed by the International Bando Association. Its 6-sash hierarchy (White Sash to Bando Saya black/gold) measures defensive evasions, counter-striking, animal forms (Panther, Cobra, Bull, Python, Eagle), staff, and Kukri dagger skills.

1st Level – White Sash
