This ladder is not yet attributed to a specific organisation. Federations differ in belt colours and time requirements.

Wu (Hao) Style Taijiquan, created by Wu Yuxiang and Li Yiyu in 19th-century Hebei, is one of the 5 major family Tai Chi styles famed for its small, subtle, highly compact frame. The Duanwei rank system (1st to 6th Duan) evaluates Kai-He (open/close) internal coordination, upright stances, Tui Shou pushing hands, and Jian sword.

1st Duan – Green Level
