Definition
Seoi-nage ('back-carrying throw') is a staple Judo Te-waza. Pivoting 180 degrees inside the opponent's space, the thrower wedges their back under the opponent's chest, locks an arm (Ippon) or lapel (Morote), and pulls them over.
