This ladder is not yet attributed to a specific organisation. Federations differ in belt colours and time requirements.

Sun Style Taijiquan, created by grandmaster Sun Lutang in early 20th-century China, merges Tai Chi, Xingyiquan, and Baguazhang. The Duanwei system (1st to 6th Duan) evaluates agile Huabu follow-stepping, high upright stances, smooth open-close Kai Hei palm transitions, and Neigong internal energy.

1st Duan – White Level
