This ladder is not yet attributed to a specific organisation. Federations differ in belt colours and time requirements.

Traditional Filipino foot-fighting art Sikaran from Baras (Rizal) introduced a modern Sinturon belt structure (from Sinturon Puti white to Sinturon Itim black and Hari king status). Ranks evaluate Biak-Lapad whipping head kicks, Bagon spinning strikes, muddy-ground balance, and full-contact ring fighting.
