This ladder is not yet attributed to a specific organisation. Federations differ in belt colours and time requirements.

Burmese bare-knuckle Lethwei traditionally utilizes competitive division classes (Class C, Class B, Class A) leading to the Golden Belt Championship. Ranks evaluate extreme conditioning of the 9 limbs of combat (including headbutts), gauze hand-wrapping, and unyielding full-contact bare-knuckle endurance.

1st Level – Class C (Novice)
