This ladder is not yet attributed to a specific organisation. Federations differ in belt colours and time requirements.
Lau Gar (Lau Family Fist) is one of the five major Southern Chinese family styles created in the 18th century. The Duanwei system (1st to 5th Duan) evaluates stable Kuen stances, palm deflections, rapid short-range punching, and traditional Lau Gar forms.
