This ladder is not yet attributed to a specific organisation. Federations differ in belt colours and time requirements.

Wudangquan (martial arts from the sacred Taoist Wudang Mountains), tracing roots to legendary monk Zhang Sanfeng, unifies Taiji, Bagua, and Xingyi internal styles. The Duanwei rank system (1st to 6th Duan) evaluates Neigong internal energy cultivation, fluid Xuanwu forms, Wudang Jian straight sword, and Tui Shou.

1st Duan – Green Level
