Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, an authentic Filipino blade system founded by the Tortal family in 1897 and led by Grandmaster Leo T. Gaje Jr., uses a rank structure from student to Lakan and Tuhon master titles. Training focuses on knife combat (Solo/Daga y Daga), single/double stick, Ginunting machete, and tactical close-quarters combat.
